Golf and simulator equipment may require substantial space, safe clearances, secure mounting, electrical connections or professional installation. Follow the current manufacturer manual and all warnings. Stop using any item that appears damaged or unsafe. GolfBay does not provide architectural, structural, electrical or engineering advice through general website content.
6. Manufacturer warranties
Any warranty is limited to the written warranty supplied with or specifically listed for the product. GolfBay does not create an additional warranty unless expressly stated in writing. Warranty service may require information, inspection, troubleshooting or direct coordination with the manufacturer.
7. Intellectual property
The GolfBay name, site design, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to GolfBay and protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not copy, scrape, resell, publish or exploit its content without permission.

Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over GolfBay and the dispute. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
