Order processing
Orders are reviewed, payment-authorized and prepared for shipment before leaving the applicable warehouse. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays normally begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping destinations and charges
GolfBay currently serves eligible addresses in the United States. Available methods, estimated timing and shipping charges are shown during checkout based on the items and destination. Some oversized products may have limited service areas or require freight delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before submitting the order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins, and additional carrier fees may apply to rerouting or redelivery.
Large or freight deliveries
For oversized equipment, the carrier may contact you to arrange delivery. Unless the product page or written order confirmation says otherwise, delivery may be curbside and may not include inside placement, assembly, installation, packaging removal or disposal. Inspect freight before accepting it and note visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Delays, loss and delivery issues
Weather, carrier disruptions, inventory changes, access restrictions and other events can affect timing. If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss or delivery that you cannot locate, contact GolfBay promptly so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
Damaged packages
Photograph the package, label, damage and product as soon as possible. Keep all packaging and contact us promptly at support@golfbay.shop. Do not install or use visibly damaged electrical or structural equipment.
